## What is HydroVanillaSMP?

HydroVanillaSMP is **fun**, **interactive** and **supporting** group of gamers, that have been connected through their shared love of Minecraft. People might become ghosts from time to time, but they always seem to find their way back to the server in some way or another.

HydroVanillaSMP is a Minecraft server for adults, created the 26th of September 2018 by Tehlo. We rely on trust in each other and a strong community to have fun together. Here we have room for the builders, for the *redstoners*, the *farmers*, the *streamers*, the *youtubers* and of course the *server crashers*. **Everyone** is welcome here, if you follow our [rules](https://lonelyfeels1.gitbook.io/hydro-guide/rules).

The server is being driven by the **community**, always have been and always will be, that supports the server in anyway necessary to keep it running. That is why we are proudly being sponsored by [**DedicatedMC**](https://dedicatedmc.io), the best Minecraft server hosting company there is.

We are not the biggest of the Minecraft communities, nor do we strive to be. We are a **small group** of gamers, that enjoys having people to share our builds and adventures with. We do not want to be the biggest, we just want to enjoy playing the game that we all love to waste absolutely hour upon hour playing, developing friendships, and joking around.

## How to join us?

2. Fill in an application and upon being accepted follow:
3. Open Minecraft Java Edition version 1.16.5
4. Click Multiplayer
5. Enter IP address **hydrovanillasmp.dedimc.io** and click join
6. Send provided code to *HydroChat#2680* to merge Discord account with IGN
7. Join the server once again and enjoy your stay (:
